Carolinian Canada Coalition Annual General Business Meeting will take place at 2:00pm on May 22, 2014. It will include the presentation of a new strategic plan, the financial statements, the annual report and the election of the Carolinian Canada Board of Directors.
Carolinian Canada will be transitioning to the new Canada Not for Profit Corporations Act and will be presenting Articles of Continuance and a new By-Law No. 1 for approval by special resolution of Carolinian Canada Coalition Membership.
