If you are interested in donating your time to an environmental cause, there are many local, provincial and national groups that you can join. Some focus on education, advocacy, land conservation, and more.

In the Carolinian life zone, we share our land with a vast mix of wild plants and animals. In terms of species diversity, we are the richest in the country. But we are also home to 1/3 of Canada's Species at Risk.
