Giant Silkworm Moth Has a Week for the Ages

Ben Porchuk

Big beautiful Giant Silkworm Moths are disappearing as our urban habits degrade and we neglect to use native plants in our gardens. Ben Porchuk helps rear several female Cecropia Moths and becomes wowed by a visiting wild male who does his part(s) to help the species hang on, while doing that himself - to three females on consecutive nights, before dying in the urban jungle known as London, Ontario, Canada.
