We encourage exhibitors to apply early to ensure their place at the expo.
Your booth will be confirmed when registration, approval and payment are in place as follows:
- Register early to get in the queue and begin the application process. (All exhibitors must confirm support of Go Wild Grow Wild Principles during the registration process.) Registration after January 31st may require a late fee.
- Pay now to speed up the process or choose to pay later. (Full refunds will be provided if your booth is not approved.)
- Approval will be based on a number of factors such as when the application was received (the earlier the better), space available in Go Wild Grow Wild focal areas, links to Carolinian Canada mandate and booth content. (Previous exhibitors are pre-approved.)
Other considerations:
- Late applications may be eligible for the waiting list.
- Exhibitors may apply their booth fee towards a Carolinian Canada membership application.
