Join us for a wonderful ecological garden educational and training event. Designed to draw interest in the recently launched program, "In the Zone," (www.inthezonegardens.ca), we will inform and train Backyard Leaders - experienced gardeners who will help guide and assist others in their neighbourhoods/communities in joining In the Zone by planting a few or many native species. 10 - 3pm; Saturday February 11th, 2017 at London Public Library, Main Branch; Stevenson and Hunt Room. On Saturday, August 15th Carolinian Canada along with Landowner Leaders Denise and Wayne Shephard are excited to host a viewing of their property at 2898 Burman Line, Wilkesport. The property, teeming with Carolinian species, is a total of 50 acres, including 12 acres of created wetlands, tallgrass prairie and reforestation. Please join us between 10 am and 2 pm to tour this great stewardship initiative.
