Add a new Exhibitor Record
Follow the steps bellow to create a new exhibitor record. You will need to create/find in CiviCRM both the Organization and the Exhibitor Contact.
- First, search CiviCRM to see if the Exhibitor Organization and/or Exhibitor Contact already exist.
- If you can not find them, Create a New Exhibitor Contact and/or Create a new Exhibitor Organization
- Add a new Participant Record. The participant record must use the Exhibitor Contact as the participant
- Use CiviCRM Search to find the Contact. Click the record.
- Click the relationship tab - Add a relationship. Set the relationship type to Expo Contact and the relationship should be with the Exhibitor Organization
