Certificate of Insurance

All exhibitors and vendors are required to carry liability insurance coverage for their participation at the event, and must provide a Certificate of Insurance by March 22, 2025.

The Certificate of Insurance must:

  1. Confirm General Liability limits of at least $2,000,000, and
  2. Include as Additional Insured: Carolinian Canada Coalition, 201 King Street, London, ON N6A 1C9.

Option 1: Use Your Own Insurance Company

If you have existing liability insurance, please contact your provider and request a Certificate of Insurance meeting the requirements above. The Certificate should include the following:

  • □ Your Company Name (as listed on your Exhibitor / Vendor Agreement)
  • □ Your Mailing Address
  • □ Your Policy Number
  • □ Name of your Insurer
  • □ The Effective & Expiry Dates of the policy (expiry must be after May 4, 2024)
  • □ Commercial General Liability insurance with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 including:
    • Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability
  • □ The following entities shown as “Additional Insured”:
    • Carolinian Canada Coalition - 201 King St, London, ON, N6A 1C9.

Option 2: Temporary Exhibitor Insurance

For those without existing liability insurance, an event-specific liability policy will be necessary. The Insurance Broker used by Carolinian Canada Coalition has an option to purchase an Exhibitor Liability Policy, providing coverage specifically for your involvement in the Expo and meeting the insurance requirements. You are welcome to use a different provider to purchase the necessary coverage for your participation in the Expo, but please ensure they are able to provide a Certificate confirming liability limits of at least $2M and listing Carolinian Canada Coalition as an Additional Insured, according to the instructions in Option 1.
