Activity Types and Filters
Email Correspondence, Meeting, Phone Call - these are used to track your interactions with contacts. It is not necessary to take extensive notes, but more to track final decisions and outcomes, or progress of a project.
Inquiry - if someone asked a question and you responded, include the question and answer here. Must indicate the inquiry type at the bottom before saving. ex. questions about specific species, our programs, etc.
Send Information - if you send materials to someone, like fact sheets, pdfs, etc. indicate what materials were sent.
Ask for Membership of Contribution - if you asked someone for a membership or contribution, record where, when (generally), and the context of the ask.

Media Coverage - record media coverage (magazine, newspaper, online) here. Make sure to indicate if it is related to a specific project/program, to make a pdf of the coverage, save it in box, and include the box link in the activity

Partner Update - you should fill out one of these activities whenever there is a change in CCC's relationship with a particular partner. The partner update activity includes a Partner Status drop-down box that you should pick all qualifiers that apply to your update.
Prospect - Indicate what the contact is a potential prospect for in the subject line and provide details.
