I hereby grant to Carolinian Canada Coalition (CCC) and its contracted photographers/videographers the right to take photographs and videos of me in connection with the Go Wild Grow Wild Green Expo event.
I authorize CCC and its assignees and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
I agree that Carolinian Canada Coalition may reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the photographed images and recorded video clips of me, taken on May 3 and 4, 2024, for use in connection with the activities of CCC or for promoting, publicizing or explaining CCC or its activities. I agree that CCC may use such photographs or videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images on CCC websites, in CCC reports and publications, and PR/promotional materials, such as marketing publications, fundraising materials, and any other CCC-related publication.
These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to CCC and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, and electronic/online media, including social media.
