Payment Instructions
To pay for your booth fee (if applicable) and add-ons (i.e., premium location upgrade, electricity, tables, chairs, food and drink compete fee), please follow these instructions.
Step 1: Booth Fee
Please click the Booth Fee item from the links below that is most appropriate for your organization. The options are:
- Indigenous and/or racialized**
- Small nonprofit* (annual budget <$250,000)
- Small business* (annual budget <$250,000)
- Large nonprofit
- Large business
If you are purchasing multiple booths, please adjust the quantity of this item on the Checkout page during Step 3.
**Exhibitor support honoraria are available wherever possible upon request to Indigenous and/or racialized organizations to assist with material costs and accessibility services for exhibitor booths. Please email events@carolinian.org to let us know if you are interested in honoraria.
Step 2: Booth Add-Ons
Before checking out, please select any booth add-ons you would like added to your exhibitor setup. Please follow the links to add them to your cart:

Food and Drink Add-On A food and drink compete fee of $250 plus tax applies to all exhibitors or vendors distributing prepared food or drink items above the sample size limits (see Exhibitor Agreement for more details). |

Step 3: Complete Your Order
Go to Checkout to complete your order. Please adjust quantities in your cart to ensure you have your desired number of booths and add-ons.
Payment methods through the Shopify platform include card, cheque, or request for an invoice. Please select your preferred option at checkout.
