Located on the Big Creek River, this Conservation Area has been designated an Important Bird Area (IBA) and is home to one of the largest wetlands in Essex County. The site attracts a wide variety of raptors and other birds as they migrate north in the spring and south in the fall.
This site is also home to the Heritage Forest, a place where individuals can have a native tree planted in memory of a loved one or a special milestone.
